 Our Story

Spring Bungee Fitness LLC is for those who go hard but don’t believe in hard landings. Our bungee workout lets you forget gravity and instead focus on moving. Working out with bungees reduces joint stress, and trust us, your bones will thank you.

Alyssa, founder, always loved dance classes, but as soon as she she tried her first bungee class, she knew she wanted bungee to stay in her life. Years later, Spring Bungee Fitness LLC was born to bring the magical benefits of bungee workouts to the Northern Kentucky region.

Classes to Get You Grooving

Our classes are designed to get you moving and grooving. Our bungee classes are arranged in levels of increasing difficulty and intensity as well as based on your goals for your workout. Each level prepares you for the next. We also offer Aerial Yoga as a way to implement a new modality into your yoga practice.
