Class Levels.

Our bungee classes are arranged in different levels of increasing difficulty and intensity. You should be confident in the concepts of each tier before progressing. If you’re unsure you’re ready to progress, don’t hesitate to ask a staff member.

 
 

Level 1.

Level 1 classes are required for all individuals attending Spring Bungee Fitness. Level 1 consists of building comfort and technique in the harness. Skills introduced include burpees, squats, flys and balance skills. This class can be taken as many times as desired until you feel ready to move on. This class is still a cardiovascular workout while prioritizing having fun learning the weightlessness of the harness.

Level 1.5.

Level 1.5 is for those individuals wishing to increase the difficulty of the skills they’ve established in Level 1. Skills in this level include squats, plunges, burpees, knee flys, and intro to needles. This class is ideal for people who don’t feel ready for a Level 2 but aren’t looking for a breakdown and introduction of each skill.


Level 2.

Level 2 is for those ready to increase their skill set while working on mastering the basics. Level 2 introduces inverted skills. The cardio intensity will increase and help get you ready for Level 3! Cross-training using dumbbells, booty bands, and resistance bands will also be introduced. You should feel comfortable with squats, burpees, plunges, knee flys, and intro to needles before moving to this class.

Level 2/3.

Level 2/3 is a skill-based class. The rest of the bungee skills will be learned and practiced with very little routine completion. You should be comfortable completing double/triple burpees, needles, tuck/star/c flys, and intro to fly springs before joining this class.


Level 3.

Level 3 introduces the rest of our skills and is the most intense class offered. All skills will be utilized and you should feel comfortable and confident completing all Level 1 and 2 skills.


Bungee Blast

This class consists of more muscle building movements. Weights and resistance bands will be utilized in this class to get you sweating. The foundational skills completed in Level 1 will be used and an individual should be comfortable in the harness.

Aerial Yoga.

Aerial Yoga uses the assistance of an aerial hammock throughout class. This class focuses on building balance, strength, and flexibility. This class requires no prerequisites and is welcome to all skill and fitness levels!
